9:30am - 12:30pm on the Friday 7th August ONLY.

PLEASE NOTE: This booking is for ages 5-7. The day runs slightly differently to our older age group. The timings are 9:30-12:30 and we do not have a lunch break, only a snack break (Child to bring suitable snacks with them)

AGE 5-7 AERIAL HOLIDAY CAMP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Overview of Services

Your child is registered to attend an Aerial Holiday Camp at Kelly’s Aerial Academy. Activities include aerial silks training, movement skills, games, and creative sessions designed to be fun, safe, and suitable for beginners.

2. Health & Safety

  • All instructors are fully qualified and first-aid trained.

  • A safety briefing will be provided on Day 1 of the camp.

  • Parents must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries in advance of the start date.

3. Parent/Guardian Consent

By agreeing to this document:

  • I consent to my child participating in all scheduled activities.

  • I understand that while all care is taken, aerial activity involves physical movement and carries a small risk of injury.

  • I give permission for appropriate first aid to be administered if required.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

  • Full payment is required to secure your child’s place.

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the camp start date will receive a 75% refund.

  • Cancellations within 14 days of the camp are non-refundable unless the place can be filled from a waiting list.

  • No refunds will be issued for missed days.

5. Code of Conduct

  • All participants are expected to behave respectfully and follow staff instructions at all times.

  • Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in a child being removed from the camp without refund.

6. Liability Waiver

By signing this agreement:

  • I acknowledge that Kelly’s Aerial Academy will take all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe environment.

  • I release Kelly’s Aerial Academy and its staff from liability for injury, loss, or damage incurred during the camp unless caused by proven negligence.
