Kids Courses

● If a session is not full, the time will be minimised to 30 minutes.

● If your child is more than 10 minutes late they will not be able to participate in the session.

● If your child is unable to attend their usual session, this cannot be swapped for an alternative session and no refund is available.

● Fees are payable during all periods of child absence, including holiday and illness. Fees will also remain payable during any period of closure due to reasons of forces beyond our control such as extreme weather, loss of heating, lighting, fire or flood and non- admittance of the child for any reason.

● We cannot add any further sessions at the end of the course.

● Kellys Aerial Academy puts the health and safety of children first at all times. We expect you, as parents/guardians, to notify us of any medical or other condition affecting your child and to provide us with up to date emergency contact numbers.

● Kellys Aerial Academy does not accept responsibility for accidental injury or loss of property.

● Your child must obey our general policy and safety rules.

● Kellys Aerial Academy reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time.

● The instructor has the right to change/cancel a session time/day and will inform you of this change. The instructor will then add a session on to the end of the course.

● Not all courses will run consecutively.
